I document my little clients in a combintation of neutral, organic, and soft tones as well as using my signature props. I love to keep it classic and timeless. I strive to style and create set-ups that won't look outdated in a few years.

My custom newborn sessions take place in my studio located in Tinton Falls, NJ where you will have access to variety of my newborn props and outfits.

Best time to schedule newborn session is first 10-14 days after birth. During that time babies  are very sleepy and it is easier to position them into those cute newborn poses as you can see in my portfolio

My custom newborn photography is all about making my clients comfortable. I love to get to know my clients first. After initial email or a call, you will receive a questionnaire that will help me to understand exactly what you like and plan session accordingly. During the pre session consultation we ll go over styling and prop choices. I will guid you in any way I can to achieve the best outcome. Session preporation is very important. Newborn sessions take place at my home based studio located in Tinton Falls. Contact photographer if you wish her to come to your place at additional cost. 

BOOKING

To book your session I require 50% deposit which is due at the time of booking. You will be asked to fill out online Contract and Model Release Forms to complete booking. Once session is booked I will add your Due Date to my calendar as tentative. Once the baby is born you will contact me as soon as possible to schedule actual session. Deposit will ensure you that I will find time in my busy schedule to fit you in once baby is born

Balance for the session sitting fee is due at the time of the session

DURING THE SESSION

I usually ask parents to feed baby right before the session if they live close to my studio or feed him here if family lives more than one hour away form my studio. Once you arrive to my studio, I will evaluate the baby and see how sleepy he/she is and aks you when last time he was fed. 

I will discuss with parents prior to taking family portraits if they want baby to be wraped or naked for those shots.

After family potraits I will start taking prop shots and then blanket shots. 

If a little sibling will be photograph with the baby, I suggest to come to the studio in two cars. Newborn session is a long process that can take up to 3 hours long. This way after family and siblings portraits father can take a sibling back home to rest. 

After family shots, I will focus on the baby alone and spend the rest of the session positioning him/her into the props, dress and wrap him/her and then transition him to blanket poses.

ADITIONAL INFO

My studio offers a lounge area for parents to rest and a changing mat for the baby to be changed when needed. Moms also welcome to breastfeed here in the private area or bring a bottle.  I have a refrigerator and hot water to store and reheat the milk 

The newborn studion is kept at 80 degrees, so you may want to bring a comfortable clothes to change after the family portraits

AFTER THE SESSION

After your session, I will go through the images from your session and select the best. Usually I select minimun 20-30 best images. Once the final images are selected, I will hand edit those images and post them in your private online gallery for you to view. Gallery usually ready about 2 weeks after the session. You will receive the link to your gallery once it has been uploaded.
